St. Boniface Appliances runs on phone calls, not email or online forms. If you call during business hours, Claude will answer. If you call outside hours, leave a message and he'll call back.
When you call, tell him: what appliance you have, what brand it is, and what it's doing (or not doing). He'll usually know what's going on within a minute or two.
